HOW TO MEASURE
Determining the right bra size
With your arms down and relaxed at your sides
Measure around the fullest part of your bust while keeping the measuring tape level and parallel to the floor (this is your bust size).
Then measure around the chest, above the bust under your arms (this is your band size). Subtract your band size from your chest size to get your cup size. Each inch represents a cup size; see below. (Helpful tip: Make sure the measuring tape is wrapped around your shoulder blades and under your arms.)
While keeping the measuring tape comfortably around your waist and parallel to the floor, measure around your natural waistline. (Helpful tip: You can find your natural waistline by bending to one side and finding the indentation or crease.)
Keep the tape loose
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips while keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
Helpful tip: Your hips are about 7.5" to 8" below your waist.
Your best length
Holding the measuring tape perpendicular to the floor, measure down the inside of your leg from the crotch area to the base of your ankle.
Helpful tip: You can also find your inseam by measuring a pair of your favorite pants: Lay the pants on a flat surface and measure the inside leg seam from the crotch to the hem.
Make sure it fits just right
With the measuring tape perpendicular to the floor, measure from your natural waist along the outside of your leg to below your knee, mid calf, lower calf, or ankle.
Helpful tip: To find your natural waist, bend to the side and find the crease.
Choosing the right compression
To relieve leg pain and help with circualtion, try one of our two lines of compression hosiery. Both offer the same benefits as high-market lines in the industry.
Knee-High or Over-the-Knee: measure the ankle and calf.
Thigh-High or Pantyhose: measure ankle, calf, and thigh.
For all other styles, please reference the specific size chart on each of the following product styles: Run-Resistant, Sheer, Support, and Cotton Sole.
